92867 Propoerty search feature

I need the "quick search" feature of this site copied to another site. [login to view URL] I will give you access to the files from apartmentsstatecollege, so it should be a simple matter to copy them. One additional feature will also need to be added, the ability to search by property availability date. A user needs to be able to specify a month and year range. [login to view URL] has a simple admin backend where the properties are added. You'll also need to copy this over to the other site. The additional feature will also be needed here, the ability to add property availability date. Obviously, you will also need to move a copy of the DB to the other site and and a table for availabilty date. Both the sites are on shared hosting on the same server.
