modify dolibarr's pdf invoice model

Dolibarr is an opensource ERP-CRM written in php-mysql, it works just like a normal website. we use it to make our invoices, the problem is that in the pdf generated invoice is missing the "state" indication (province) and the "telephone number" in the customer's address. these data are also in the database, just the pdf should include these info. you can download the software dolibarr 3.4 from [login to view URL] and install on your local machine to test the work or if you prefer I have a test server online with a clone of my production install to make the work on.
