opencart shipping to paypal postage

i have many orders and need a postage system that will transfer all the shipping information from the opencart order to paypal, i would like a single button like "create postage" to be in every order, when i click on the button it will send all the shipping for that order to paypal APi i can then select the postal service and options that paypal provide and complete the shipping. i then need shipping information to be sent to the order history so the customer can be notified that the order has been shipped. i have a standard paypal business account but i might need to upgrade to paypal payment pro to do this, please explain if i need to do this in your quote.
