191277 web interface for database

I have a mysql database with address data (salutation, name, prename, street, zip, city, state, tel., fax, mobile, email). A lot of this data has to be corrected because it is incorrect. I need a web interface that does the following: - shows approx. 25 records on a page, - marks probably wrong data in another color (different criteria for wrong data), - allows to correct these in form fields, - automatically corrects according to approx. 5 criteria (e.g. entries in CAPITALS are automatically corrected), - adds a field "corrected=true" to the 25 records that have been reviewed on this page, - after submitting, shows the next 25 records for correction.
