I need an expert programmer ASAP who can program and design a social networking site. I am interested in someone who knows how to code and work with webcam software as well as instant messaging. I will be starting a business that will consist of live webcam chat for social networking. I am open to many ideas as to what can be included in this website. I also need someone is good at graphic designing.
