Oscommerce - Remove nav buttons on home page only (index.php

Need the blue nav buttons removed only on the [login to view URL] page which has three flash images linking to the only three categories. To see the site it is vitalsintl dot com. what is most important is that the category menu (blue nav buttons) appears to the left on ALL other pages in the site once a visitor clicks into the site. So if the visitor is on [login to view URL] the blue nav buttons show, but if they are on [login to view URL] they do not show. A simple script will do this, we just do not have the time to do it right now, so we need your help. We also need the flash on the [login to view URL] file shifted to the left.
