188985 Add Sparkles to Photos Script

Im looking to have a few scripts made or if you have some available for use already or know where I can get one that involve Adding gif format (Animated Preferably)Graphics over uploaded photos from my website Visitors. I would like my website visitors to glitterize there uploaded photos and clipart from my website. I can supply all of the graphics and glitters needed. I am also looking for this feature or additional Script like this one [login to view URL] If you are able to accomplish this please let me know with your pricing and a demo if available of the same style of projects you have done before. Thank you For the Graphics I will supply all of the graphics and clipart needed. Also if necessary I can supply the animated glitters. This script is for our Graphics Website. I already have a Instant Glitter Text Maker that I am using. I am not looking for a Instant Glitter text maker at this time. If you have a script ready to go as well please post.
