106714 Auto Image Rotator and Resizer

I'm in immediate need of a php or cgi script to resize, thumbnail and rotate pictures from a specific folder in my server root. For example, I may want to rotate pictures from: /user/www/htpdocs/images/. Also, I want to be able to specify in the script the size (Height and Width) of the pictures output while being rotated. It must not change the size of the pictures on the folder, but only in the browser while displaying it. I've got a script to rotate, but I can't find one to do both: Rotate and Resize. If you can do this, I will need someone who can do it tonight within the next 30 minutes to and 1 hour. I want to be able to test the script to ensure that it works. You must and a way to communicate via YIM,GT, or MSN.
