79639 Crimcheck Forms and Script

Our company conduct background investigations and criminal record checks. This project involves setting up secure forms to send information to our payment processor and our criminal records database provider then receiving an XML string/info back to provide information to a customer/client. The challenge is being able to send information so that we can determine if the client/customer has paid before they receive their record check. The process should look something like this. 1) Customer enters our site and determines they would like to conduct a background check on an individual. 2) The customer picks the package that they want and goes to the proper form. 3) The customer enters their information and credit card info along with the information on the subject they would like to conduct the search on. 4) The process determines that the payment has gone through with no problems then returns their report in real time or via email almost immediately. We currently use [login to view URL] to process our payments and they have a great deal of [login to view URL] are willing to go with a different processor for sake of ease but prefer authorize.net. Our criminal record database provider is willing to work with us and they have provided documentation as well. We use a windows server through [login to view URL] and it has available ASP Perl PHP Coldfusion. Mysql SQL Access databases etc. etc. If you need documentation from our database provider I will provide that no problem.
