203793 Hotmail spam check script

I need a simple script that send emails to Hotmail accounts, then log in to the same accounts and check if the email sent is going to the spam folder or not. This for checking ip daily. So the script most: 1) send emails to Hotmail accounts (normally 3 accounts). Run by cron. 2) log in to the accounts and check if the messages is going to the spam folder or not. 3) send the result to the administrators email Program language: Perl or PHP All source code must be 100% ours.
