Moxiecode Imagemanager customizations

I need many alterations to ImageManager ( a tinyMCE ) plugin. These are the first in the set of more to come , so whoever wants to bid on the project must either already be familiar with ImageManager or be willing to invest time to read the code and understand how it works; I can help in this regard. If the results are good, you can be assured of a long & profitable stream of other projects coming from me. You will be working on amazon EC2 ubuntu 10.04, so hope that you know how to use private key to connect to it. Current Project: In imagemanager the full size images are stored in meddirs/ folder and the thumbnails are stored in thns/ folder (I renamed those from default folder names) . The thumbnails are created/edited/deleted in thns/ automatically by the Imagemanager whenever someone uploads/edits/deletes a file in meddirs/ . I want a script that will take as input a list of image paths in meddirs/ and create thumbnails for them in the right place (where imagemanager would in thns/) . We can use imagemanager in non GUI mode or some other thumbnail generating tool for this. Secondly , I want to record all actions done by users in Imagemanager (add, rename, delete) and record them in database. There is a post action callback that the plugin provides, can you use that to call a perl script which will log the actions to a flat file. Then I will change the perl script to log them in database.
