Simple program to parse news feed of my facebook account

Need a simple program that uses the facebook API to query my facebook account's news feed, parse it (need to support simple patterns like (AA OR bb) AND (cc OR dd), things like that). and email me when there's a match. The program will need to remember the news feeds up to which it has already processed, so that it doesn't send me duplicate alerts the next time. Program should be written in perl or PHP with good documentation. Thanks
