There is a protocol out there called direct connect dc++

I am interested in someone making me a script that if I pass the code/executable a hub:port it can go in and scan the users connected, and also their files.
This way I can generate my own database of files and where they are located, like a psuedo magnet URL.
It can be in any language as long as I can get CSV output to a file.
If possible I prefer PHP, JAVA or Visual Basic, but not necessary. (I know these languages)
