52943 host key failure

I'm selling gameserver control panels. But one of my clients has a strange problem, and i'm not able to solve. Our script is generating ssh keys to conversate between 2 servers. Thats works perfect, but only in shell. When i try to run a command in the browser it gives some errors. Warning: Identity file /home/cpanel/public_html/keys/testserver3/.ssh/id_rsa does not exist. Host key verification failed.^ lost connection This is when id_rsa has chmod 0700. When id_rsa has chmod 0644 or 0777 i get this error: Host key verification failed.^ lost connection But when i run the same command as that php script in shell as the same user it completly works. its strange. Anyone able to solve this? I'm i'm happy of your work you'll get alot of work from me, i don't have a linux specialist already, so it would be welcome.. So i you are intrested place a bid or/and pm.
