Bars N Club Directory Website

This is going to be a brand new website "[login to view URL]". It's basically going to have bars and clubs in England listed on the website. Each pub/bar/club will have it's own page, with an image and then listing Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address, Website address. Brief description about the outlet and a rating system. A website i've seen online which is very similar to the one i require is: [login to view URL] I'm not interested in graphic designers as such, i can get this done elsewhere. I am mostly insterested in the whole website structure and layout. I'd like a whole admin account, were venue's can be added for multiple cities and edited with great ease.
