Flash Player

I require a flash player for website use that allows the use of a transparent alpha track. It only needs a simple play/pause and volume/mute button. I would prefer the buttons to only show when the mouse rolled over the image/player but I would like to be able to change the position of the buttons if [login to view URL] example the buttons could be top right or top left or in the centre etc. The player should be able to player .flv and other common formats. I would also like to be able to easily modify the size of the player
