Flash interactive map search

I need a coder who can replicate the search facility found here - [login to view URL] As well as displaying the results I would like an additional field which the owners of the market can edit using a basic cms system/page. I want? a coder who will develop this on their own site and deliver a full working solution with instructions on how to upload it to my server. My server is [login to view URL] which uses php and mysql databases. I have the information needed for search function stored in an excel database so coder would need to upload this to database. As well as viewing results from search there should be an option to add? and/or edit? records to database. These will need to be approved via admin before being accepted. I am attaching a snapshot of my current site and would like coder to arrange a suitable layout. I am also enclosing sample excel file. Any questions please ask. ## Deliverables I would like this done fairly quickly. Please don't ask for bonus's before the work is finished - if you do a good job you get a bonus! I don't have time to constantly check coders work so need someone who fully nderstands project, takes it away and comes back with a working model.
