Joomla website -basic structure

Build a 1.5 Joomla site with 15 pages. This is a membership site that needs to connect to a recurring fee type shopping cart. 3rd party open source apps & code are acceptable. Good communication daily is required. A conference call paid for by buyer during Coders working hours may be required. Site Details: * There are 4 pages in the Pre-Join area and Join process pages of the shopping cart. * 1 Main landing page "Pre-Join Home" * 3 (aprox-depends on cart) Shopping cart sign up and process pages connecting to PayPal * There are 11 pages in the Members only area. > > <!-- --> > > * 1 Member Home Page > * 6 Main Menu Nav pages > * 4 Top Nav links (Profile, Account, Help, Logout) * There must be a database to track who is a paid member and who is not. <!-- --> * The main menu is designed as a "slider" (see YooThemes YooTools YooSlider for an example ([login to view URL]) * There is also a "scroller" on 2 pages (see YooScroller) see example [login to view URL] <!-- --> * The layout for the 6 interior pages are largely an I-Frame plus 2 smaller I-frames on the right side of the page. Same page for all 6 except 1. * The site needs to be wider than the off-the shelf Joomla * The page design should look less like modules floating around on the page but more like a unified page.
