Migrate Magento Skin to X-Cart

Need to copy graphic and layout design from a Magento site to a new X-Cart site. The header and footer of existing site needs to be remain exactly the same, but the navigational menu can change as long as background images are kept intact. The main body of all pages can also change, but keep color scheme consistant. Again this request is for basic re-creation of a skin that is based on an existing design in Magento and that design must be compatible with X-Cart Gold 4.4... ## Deliverables Must run on X-Cart 4.4 which is currently in Beta but is scheduled to be released shortly.
