Online Education Portal

I would like a simple education portal made similar to yourdegree dot com written in php.? I do not know what kind of undertaking this will be, but would like to do this in multi phases.? the first phase would be the system to bascially build content around later on in development.? I would like it to be integrateable into differnt affiliate programs i plan on using later and easily updated. I am not opposed to getting advice and working with someone long term on this project and paying on deliverables.? my only main concern is that it is modular, the code is easy to understand, and content can be added and removed in a simple system, possibly through a mysql database. ## Deliverables i am very flexible to work with and very easy to get a hold of.? i can explain more and check my email constantly.
