Quick Renderings For Home Plans

Easy task for some ... I have 100's of floor plans collecting dust, I need someone that can do the pretty pictures that represent the homes like you see on many plan sites (<[login to view URL]> for example) ... I want bidders to show me a sample of their work (no sample, no consideration) ... can be simple water color look to elaborate, just keep in mind I will want consistancy in quality regardless of home size ... I will provide at minimum, the cad floor plans and elevations to use for the rendering or perspective view ... I will always try and provide actual 3D model that can be used within autocad or any other rendering software ... This can lead into long term relationship, we design almost 2 homes per week on a daily basis ... I HAVE INCLUDED 3D MODELS FOR SAMPLE OF WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM ME WHEN AVAILABLE ... HOWEVER, BID ON THE FACT THAT MOST HOMES YOU GET WILL BE PLANS AND ELEVATIONS ONLY ... Happy bidding! * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Thursday Aug 31, 2006 7:46:23 AM: Hi all ... it has been brought to my attention that some coders that opened my 3D files find they are not 3D ... let me make it clear for all, these models were made using AutoCAD Archutectural Desktop (ADT) 2002-2007, the models are not from basic autocad commands, rather from the add-on software (there is a reason this software costs $5000 people, it has a lot of power, if you have the software, creating renderings from models should only take minutes) ... I can show the many views of each model if needed, I cannot help the fact that some rendering programs do not import them ... you can go to [login to view URL] to find out about enablers that may export aec objects (walls, windows, furnishings are created with ADT) ... i may be able to export some in dxf format, but have no idea what the results will be ... so ... again, PLEASE ASUUME YOU WILL GET ONLY 2D INFORMATIO N ... the coders that have ability to use the files will simply get the bonus of same pay for less work ... ## Platform these will be for images on my website ... style of rendering must be consistant regardless if 3D models are provided or not ...
