Script to post via API to Twitter

**Please bid only if you already know how to use the Twitter API.** I have a script (attached) that I have used to tweet my blog posts automatically. Now it doesn't work, due I believe in changes to Twitter's API. I would like a new script that works, that I will integrate into my blog myself. I suggest the following... The successful bidder creates a test Twitter account and writes a script in PHP to tweet via the API. The worker should then give me the script so I can test it myself using the test account. When it is working successfully, I will release payment.
