Store Affiliate Network PostBack Information in mySql. Check Email Against mySql

The project consists of 4 parts. 1. Adjust current php/html code to prevent the duplicate posting of emails to a database. 2. New Code - Accept postback data from an affiliate network after a purchase has been made. This data will be in the form of an email address stored in a mySql database. 3. New Code - Check an email address against a database and redirect a customer to the appropriate page according to the database response. 4. Duplicate 2 web page forms to use with steps above. We request that all work be performed, installed and tested by the coder.
