Add HTML interface to wxPython appication

We are looking to have an HTML interface added onto a wxPython application. The current application is an open source, multi-platform (obviously, because it is Python) application that we run mostly on OSX. The interface is pretty simple, and we don't want all the GUI functionality brought to HTML, just enough to execute some of the main functionality. We would point you to the open source project, you would build the project, then you would implement the HTML functionality for the main interface. This interface has several menu options and a processing queue. We would want some JS interface that would update the processing queue as main application's queue is updated. a Twisted server would be preferred. Lots of follow-on work for this as well.
