433036 Google Base Feed

We need a php script written that can be triggered by cron to create a googlebase feed on a nightly basis. (We can set up the cron job). The script will need to access data from three tables--most data is in a single table, but two fields are populated from other tables. The script must support the ability to easily exclude certain records from the export, e.g. WHERE price !=0.00
