Deal Aggregator Script Customization

I purchased a deal aggregator called "feedy" from Agriya Software. currently in the back-end there is an option to add subscribers one-by-one by inputting their email and password. I would like to add the possibility to add bulk subscribers (from lists I gather through physical marketing) via a csv file (containing email and city) to my subscriber list and to cancel the need for a password until they define it themselves when they first enter the site. I cannot sit and add hundreds of email addresses manually every time. The script is written in PHP and MySQL. you must have experience with customizing scripts and this type of work. Preferably with deal aggregator scripts.
