my site needs the terms and conditions and privacy policy put in a pop up or 2 horizontal 5 line scroll boxes on the registration page so people can read before agreeing to the registration. I need it done within 24 hours. It cannot impact the fields currently in the registration page as they are all tied to different databases. If u dont have ratings I am sorry but I cant risk it.
