Member login & others

We have an existing website fully functional with a local url. We registered a .com domain and now need a few features from our existing domain activated on the .com which is a wordpress site. Both sites are running on the same server and using the same database. We need: 1) member login to be inserted on wordpress (.com) site to work as it is currently working and give members access to existing member area 2) online application forms (already coded) to be placed in our ssl certificate folder and linked to .com 3) replication script currently running on local domain to be installed on .com 4) we have a replication script on one of our sites and it is working 100% from the jpg images but we'd like it to work from a text link as well. It used to do that but maybe a bug crept in 5) redirect 3 existing websites to 3 pages we will provide on new site and also install the replication script again. We'd like to work with an experienced php / mysql coder who also has wordpress knowledge.
