Multi-Restaurant Ordering Website

I am looking for someone who has developed a restaurant ordering website that will do the following: 1. Allow the user to view all of the restaurants and menus in their city that they can order food through the website. 2. Place orders with credit card, paypal or special authorization for corporate catering. 3. Orders can be placed with multiple restaurants at one time. Once the order is processed and paid for, the orders are faxed and emailed to each restaurant. the order is also emailed to other email addresses as specified by the website admin. 4. orders can be placed in advance (date and time option for delivery), as long as it is paid for in advance. 5. seperate features for residential or corporate company food ordering. for corporate food ordering, all users must be approved by the corporate company authorizing person. once a person is authorized from their company they will be emailed a login id. for corporate ordering, no credit card is needed. the company can choose to prepay in advance (with a running balance remaining total), or an option can be available for invoicing the company). 6. favorite restaurants, recently placed orders, repeat orders need to be features that are saved for each user. also, when the order is finalized by the user, they need to get a summary of their order, especially since it could be a multiple restaurant order. 7. menu must be able to be made with options for food. 8. admin back end must keep track of all historical orders and should be in a format that can be downloaded to a database or excel for further analysis. in addition, admin back end must be able to deduct management fee from the order (a percentage that can be changed). the funds from the order should be deposited into several accounts (each restaurant account if a multiple restaurant order is placed, and the website management fee is deposited into a different account). 9. users must log in and have payment information processed before the order can be emailed or faxed to the restaurant. 10. allow google maps to show the location of each restaurant. 11. must display hours of the restaurant and if the restaurant is open or closed at the time of the order. can you help? does anything like this exist? if so, please respond with timeframe this can be done and if something off the shelf is available that can be customized. Would prefer this to be done in HTML/PHP/AJAX because thats what I know.
