Need 5 star Company Review Script

Hi, I need a 5 Star Company/Product Review script similar to the scripts at [login to view URL];page=splash and [login to view URL] I don't need anything programmed. I know that alot of you folks have already programmed similar projects for other people, and I just want a copy of a script that will have pretty much the same functions. Script must have: Pretty much the same functions as the demos above Be in PHP and MYSQL Be COMPLETE (no errors and needs to have install instructions) You also must provide a link to a demo page.
