Php and mysql programming for a website

Please read the details of this project carefully and do not provide a general response when placing a bid. A detailed description of this project has been attached. I am creating a team website that will be password protected and allow people to create an account who have not signed up yet. There is also a component where a unique username needs to be linked to a signup button for each landing page template that each member gets access to inside of the team website. You will likely use a combination of PHP, mysql and bash/shell scripts to complete this project. I hope to use a platform that will be easy for me to change and add content to the team website. If possible I would like to use Wordpress using the optimizepress theme which I already own. Please ask any questions before bidding to be sure you clearly understand the scope of this project. I need you to bid on what you will charge for this project and how long it will take to complete as well. I plan to provide the graphics and content myself. I just need you to help with the programming so it functions the way I want. This system should work properly on all 4 of the major browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari with no errors.
