463611 Magento payment specialist

Hi, I am looking for a magento specialist who can help us with a modification on the payment system. Our problem is: we want to check if someone can pay by a certain payment option. After the check there are two options. 1 continue with the option or 2 rejection of the option but alternative way of payment. To do this the shopping car should be restored, magento deletes the shopping cart when pressing on check.
