Social Engine Small Modifications Needed Urgently

Hello Social Engine Developers,

I require some minor modifications on a built social engine website. They are very minor, i am posting them here, due to lack of time for development. Need the changes done in one day and my budget is 100 USD. Frankly it is not more than a 2 to 3 hours work. So i am not ready to pay anything more than 100 USD for 3 hours of work. Please bid only if you agree with these terms and if you are capable of doing it. I will provide site link via PMB. The modifications and fixes are below.

1) Birthdate on home page in registration form. I already have a registration widget placed on home page. Just need to add birthdate field in that widget. i will provide the files.

2) Activity stream currently also shows the latest activities like the participation in a video contest, just need to post the item i.e the video thumbnail to the stream as well.

3) Change size of thumbnails that are generated, i will tell you which plugin

4) I have put the advanced search widget in the layout editor, but it does not show in frontend, needs to be fixed.
