custom a phpfox site

Based on a page module of phpfox (already installed) I need to open a discussion arena where somebody can start discussion and invite a competitor . the page will include two separate parts /pages ; a main admin for each part, and three other group of admins for each part with different permission . The site admin must have full control and easy to adjust all the features. All members of the two parts can change side. Number with link to each member of each admin group Show the percentage of members of each part against the other. All the documents : (document , videos , audio files ,photos) of each part must be organized in files and can reach it from each part of discussion arena . The document of the files must show the information of the owner and be able to comment on it . The information of any comment on any wall or page has to show for each part A or B the member belongs The admins only can add a document to his part files. The member can suggest document:(( document, video ,photo , audio file) and the Admin/s can approve them and archive them in their file. Minor changes on the index ( first )page texts , and adding the most popular arenas and the newest arena and can easily control number of arenas. a block with special design include the information of arenas that the member contribute and suggestion for other arena that may interested depending of his friends interests . Build audience like face book ( any invite like that ) to open a discussion you have to go through a form .the information send to the email of the competitor/s with a link bring him log in page and then lead him directly to the discussion arena where will be an admin of his page/part .B from there he can enter his admin page . Create all the pages ,forms needed to complete the works . The admin can add easily from cp a background picture
