Coding of booking form with Paypal integration

This project is to code a page offering accommodation for a weekend event. Database to use php and Mysql. (design will be provided in layered PSD). The page will contain a form for booking 3 types of accommodation: Type 1, price X Type 2, price XX Type 3, price XXX Client will enter a quantity for each accommodation type (default value zero) it must allow multiple types eg 4 x type 1 and 2 x type 2 on the same order. Check box to agree to terms and conditions. Small form to open in new window showing summary of what has been ordered including amount due in ? plus the following form fields: Name, email address, mobile no, county and club name (all required). Submitting order opens Paypal for payment. Once logged into Paypal the payment details must already be showing (amount and supplier) Password protected database to capture: Name, email, mobile, county, club name, quantity of type 1 accommodation, quantity of type 2 accommodation, quantity of type 3 accommodation. Is it possible to include Paypal reference no on the database? It must be possible to extract all data from database to csv file. On submission of an order, an auto email must be sent to the client and one to the event company (text will be provided). Terms and conditions will be on a separate page with a link near the tick to accept box. Terms and conditions page will open in a new small window.
