Detect and fix javascript errors on joomla site

Joomla 1.5 site having issues with facebook connect. Perhaps some script conflicts between jquery and mootools, not sure. More can be explained upon contact. When a facebook based content streamer is active (a separate module from the facebook connect) the connect button shows up, but points to the wrong app login, when the streamer is deactivated the button disappears. We need to launch this Peacebuilding site that does reporting to the UN in regards to peace activities, and having facebook connect working will make a big difference.
