Get Courseware 0.9.7 to work with bbPress 2.5.3

GOAL OF PROJECT: To get the latest version of bbPress to work with the "Courseware" plugin. We need the nested reply & video/image embed features of bbPress to work flawlessly within a Courseware activated group. PROBLEM TO FIX: There's a php error that's thrown whenever I try to add a new topic to a forum within the group. Here's the error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function bb_insert_topic() in /home/content/02/12079402/html/fgdevbb/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-forums/[login to view URL] on line 330 NOTE: Please note that I already got Courseware to work with the latest versions of Wordpress and Buddypress by applying the following fix to line 43 of www\wp-content\plugins\buddypress-courseware\groups\[login to view URL] if ( !isset( $bp->courseware ) || !is_object($bp->courseware)) { $bp->courseware = new stdClass; The bug is specific to a combination of bbPress and Courseware.
