Golftipper golf betting pool software

A golf sports betting website based on the European Tour. Each customer must sign up for the golf betting pool at the start of the year for a fee. Each week the customer will place a tip based on who they think will win the event. Whatever the player that the customer chooses wins in prize money, the customer wins in points...for example, if John Smith chooses Tiger Woods and Tiger Woods wins £678,878 in prize money, John Smith will earn 678,878 points. However, the customer can only choose a player once over the course of a year. I would like to make the system more automated so I don't have to work out points manually. This is what I need if possible: A customer login that stores customers tips A way of making sure the customer only tips 1 player A way of automatically adding new points to their current points (I imagine I would have to manually put in whatever the player has won In order for this to be done) An automatic leaderboard based on points I hope something may be possible.
