Large PHP project

I have a large PHP website project coming up. The exact details of the project are not yet specified however I am starting to look now for the right coder. The site whilst complex does not involve anything particularly complicated but what is important to me is that it is built error free. I have worked with many, many coders but very often work is full of errors and not properly tested. There is one complicated feature on the site in that I will be having a feature similar to google products, so that users can either provide the URL of their product feed OR upload a feed file. Once they have uploaded their feed of products there products will be included in the product database of the entire site (like Google products or shopzilla). Please get in touch with me if: 1.
