Metatrader multiple-pair order placement

This is a request to see if anyone has already built a tool that would allow multiple orders to be placed in the Metatrader terminal at the same time. The tool would allow the user to define the pairs to be traded. The direction to trade each pair, and the lot size to trade. The ability to automatically determine lot size based on account size and percentage risk would be even better. The ability to open and close a group of trades with a single click would also be a bonus. The tool needs to be able to cater for the placement of multiple groups of trades. Please let me know if you have already built similar or if you have a product that could be purchased. I will consider EA's, separate interface and even an Excel link. If no one has such a tool then I will proceed to define a specific project to have one built.
