Hi, What I can offer you: A script that gets proxies from different sources around the net. The script can save the data to a mysql database. Ideally, you would have 2 cronjobs set up on your server. 1 that fetches all the latest proxies and 1 that checks the proxies in the database are still usable and deletes the ones that are no longer available. This will basically assure a constant flow of proxies that are always available. Therefore you don't need a subscription. In your script you will basically have to retrieve one proxy, check that it is still available. If it is then just use it to make your request.
