Hello. I want to clarify the requirements. The options chosen on this project are looking a little mixed up with the title. The title says ACCESS Database. And you have chosen PHP in the project description. So I want to know if its a desktop application (created in MS ACCESS) or its web-based application written in PHP and MYSQL. Once these requirements are clarified, I think we will be able to move forward. I can see that you have provided some role-based data management options listed in the specs. So these might be good to be done in web-based application rather than standalone app. Thank You !!
