Organizer of all Videos & Images on Hard drive into Thumbnails w/ options to move, copy, delete, etc. - repost

I am in need of a piece of software that scans the entire hard drive for images of all major file types and over 10k bytes and creates scrollable thumbnails of all of them, and also scans the entire hard drive for videos of all major formats and file types and creates scrollable thumbnails of all of them. The thumbnails of the images and videos should appear well organized and scrollable allowing a user to select multiple individual images and or videos for moving, copying, deleting, etc by using the ctrl buttons or shift buttons. The main purpose of this software is to find and delete all pornographic materials on the hard drive without accidentily deleting any family photos or videos. The programmer(s) should look at thumbsplus the program for ideas and guidance, and the software should be very similar in it's ability to catalogue and manipulate files and in which options are provided. This software will go by 2 different names which are trademark rights that I own, these two names will be provided after a bid is awarded and then the software should be created in both names of the software. Software will need a registration key system that will work along with softgoods sales over websites that will have piracy prevention coding written into it. The reg key should only work for a period of time perhaps 1 week but when entered gives lifetime use of the software if entered within that period of time. Website selling the software should have ability to generate a functioning registration key with a notification that the key shall be entered into the software within 1 week. 2 websites in an ecommerce webstore layout marketing the sale of these two pieces of software shall also be designed and uploaded to the servers. The names and server logins to these websites will be provided to the winning bidder. The 2 websites should have fully functioning admin panels with graphics, [login to view URL] payment gateway (merchant account info provided), brand name and trademark names provided shall be fully embedded into the software. The software shall be downloaded by purchase with paypal or with credit card, once paid, a softgoods downloadable file of the software begins to download user is instructed to "allow" the download of the file and the registration key should be good for 7 days and sent to the customer by email. The main purpose of the program needs to be fully 100% effective and functional for this purpose which is to scan a hard drive for pornographic images and videos and blatantly give a user the ability to select all of the pornographic videos and images and once selected easily choose to have them deleted. The secondary purpose of the program which needs to be fully 100% effective and functional is the ability for a user to once images and videos have been scanned and loaded into thumbnails from the entire hard drive, should be able to be viewed and played for the enjoyment of the software user. The software and the websites will need to both appear professional, easy to use, and fully functional. I am open minded as to what language these are written and designed in, although we will require the source code to the software uncompiled and will need to throughout the process be able to test unfinished compiled versions of the software. Winning bidder shall submit a standard non-compete non-disclosure. Websites and software shall fully contain and promote an affiliate marketing system accessible by admin panel's in both websites providing monthly reports and printable invoices and monthly total sales reporting capabilities produceable by any given date range. Websites shall have SSL certificates implementation and mysql databases for sales data and customer data. Websites shall have google standards of SEO and the names of the images used in the graphical designs of the websites also required shall have search engine friendly names.
