This is going to be a Java web application with object database. The software could be large but broken down into smaller projects. Right now we need just the user interface graphics and navigation to developed. you will set it up on our web server. Once done it can only be accessed with a username and password. User interface have been developed in PowerPoint, which you have to provide the same look and feel or better. Once this project completes we will move to next face of the project. Your work and skills shall determine whether to keep you on the ongoing development. This is going to be an opensource source project so we want everything object.
