Virtual Office

I need a web application which should act as a virtual office in which my employees can login and work from their home, i should be able to manage emplyes, their acces to the different parts of the website. I should be able to allot work to them, and they should be able to post completed work and progress as well, the time employee remain logged in should also be logged and i should be able to pay the employees according to his contract (per hour, per task, per weak or what ever I decide, The employee section should have a message board, text editor,file uploader, and a refrence section, where I should be able to put different documental information which the user can access if ha has the permission for that specific resource, message board should have the option of video conversation between me and the employee, A common white board which should be visible to all those I add. My section should have all the features of employee scection plus admin section for all the features- Work alloted will be in terms of houor, task etc and the rate will also be qouted with the work the employee should be able to negotiate the chrges and once agrreed an agreement should be made and the work counter will be started if the emplyee fail to produce word in the stipulated time then a fine is imposed as per the contract it can be per hour deduction, percentage or a fixed amount- There are lot of other things which can be discussed by the interested parties. Please submit RFP and a coplete layout of the project as to your understanding as I have very less time and I can not waste in changing coders.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, PHP/MYSQL AJAX, JAVA SCRIPT
