We are looking for a database driven website to be developed. For frame of reference only this will be similar to a dating website such as [login to view URL] but not for dating. We are seeking a working site that does not need to be custom made from the ground up. Any use of open-source or other existing technology will be acceptable. A brief outline of the requirements for this project include: 3 different user types User ability to create a profile via a walk-through wizard with fields customizable by the company User ability to search and browse other users A behind the scenes matching algorithm to deliver matches to users Ability to initiate contact between users similar to a “poke” on facebook Onsite chat function Payment module Advertising integration ready This application is for a unique service in a highly competitive market space. Thus we will only release full details to interested parties once a mutual NDA is signed. **Please when responding to this RFP include a basic synopsis of how you/your company would meet this need.
