Outlook Task management I run a small franchising business currently with 17 Franchisees and growing and I am looking to use MS Outlook task management for my team. We have a shared email account and individual email accounts. I can create tasks from emails in the shared email account and then assign them to individuals, which means we can all see the status if we need to. We can sort by assignee or customer or subject or due date which is all great But I would like extra features as follows: 1. Assign tasks without requiring the assignee to accept (ie auto acceptance) and remove email notifications when assigned or accepted. 2. Have a customer/ company field on the main window below which links to contacts or a dropdown list of customers (must be easy to add to) 3. And a link to customer details / phone number 4. A shortcut key to assign tasks I am not sure if this is possible but would love to know, I need to roll this out across at least three machines and be able to roll out to more as we employ more staff. Also, can we be confident of doing this on newer versions of outlook as they are developed. Alternatively should I be using completely different software?
