auto-cad engineer capable of making macro's

We have many machine blocks to make a system line. We need a macro made so we can pull into a layout any of our standard machine blocks and it automatically positions on a center line with the standard offset from the previous block. It should simultaneously make a line entry on a spreadsheet model name technical details and price. Ideally we would like a standard macro so we can add models and prices as they update.
