simple rs232 coding

I am looking for someone to make the code list to run a multi channel home amplifier through rs232 via a Itach IP adapter. The app that will be running the device will be roomieremote, but will also be run by other software in the future such as Fibaro. The coding has to be writen very specifically to roomieremote's specs, but I also require a basic XML code list so that I can use it later with other software and devices. I have the rs232 control protocol for the amplifier as well as the specs roomie requires to use for its software. I do not know how to make a complete list based on the codes given by the amp manufacturer and that is why i am posting this project here. This should be very simple and extremely quick for anyone with coding experience. The code will also need to have a few custom lines made based on my requirements. These will be discussed once the winner is awarded the project. Please review the Roomie DDK pdf to ensure you are able and familiar with this type of coding. As I stated, it should be very quick as it is a multi zone system, only the first zone coding needs to be written then just the zone number changed for the others.
