Custom VPN

Seeking a Network Security Specialist to custom design and configure a rented dedicated server or VPS to operate as a VPN. We need this project to be constructed from the ground up. The successful bidder will offer monthly storage and maintenance of the server on a monthly basis. We prefer a Toronto location, but will consider other options. It is essential that our server never be affected by any other parties’ usage. This will likely require a hosting company that does not commercially offer VPNs as well. If we can get guaranteed memory and CPU allotments on a virtual server, without a dedicated server, we would like to consider this more affordable option. We will also need the following for our VPN: 1. Disconnect protection with firewall rules that would prevent connection to anything other than the VPN in case the VPN connection drops. Traffic should only be allowed to the VPN server and block all other traffic on the network interface controller. 2. Additional/Supplemental “virtual” port security. If a port scan were done on the VPN it should look the same way a normal residential computer would appear. 3. FRDNS consistency, first level DNS registration. The VPN will have to relay a static/dedicated IP.
